Mike Budnik Replaces Cole Province at WEC 40

Another change to the event…
- According to MMAJunkie.com, we have another change to the WEC 40 card. Cole Province was forced to pull out of the event with an undisclosed injury, so Mike Budnik steps in with under 10-days notice to face Rafael Dias. Budnik recently fought at WEC 39 on March 1st, where he lost a split decision to John Franchi.
- Here is the updated WEC 40 card, which takes place on Sunday April 5th and will be held at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago. The event will be broadcast on the Versus network:
