Best News in weeks! Da Grim finally will get an opponent, that with a victory, catapults him into the spotlight. Arlovski is badass and Im a huge fan, but Im looking for a huge upset here. Rogers has never even been rocked let alone damaged, and we just saw Andrei get KO'd at Affliction. Brett throws bombs and Im gonna be the first one to say hes going to sleep again.

Steeler Steve, are you nuts?
Arlovski got KO'd by Fedor! Fedor Emelianenko! Rogers wouldn't stand 10 seconds against Fedor.
Before Fedor, Arlosvki won 6 times in a row, in devastating fashion.
Arlovski will box the shit out of Rogers and will shut his mouth.

I think this is a bad matchup for Arlovski. Rogers throws some good fists and Arlovski's got a bit of a glass chin. Arlovski's a great boxer (even giving Fedor trouble in their fight) but if he tries to get fancy Rogers might do the same thing Fedor did.

Holy crap. This is turning into a hell of a card.

Wasnt Arlovski supposed to start a boxing career after the Fedor fight?... What happened to that?

I have to agree with Steve on this one? Brett lands A punch on Arlovski I think its lights out. I can only see Arlovski winning buy wearing Brett down and submitting him?

I think this card is better than ufc 99. Good test for rogers, to see if he's legit or not. Doesnt even need a win, just a good showing

After his loss to Fedor, I'm sure Andrei will be more cautious, take very few risks, and simply stand on the outside on out box.
Of course, if Rogers manages to win- it'll be a HUGE jump in his standings... and a very impressive addition to his already perfect record.

Dam, this is a card! Arlovski is going to rip the ever-loving-SHIT outta Rogers. Thank god Arlovski knows his place MMA not boxing.

So is this going to be for the belt? I know Alister has it, but is this going to be for an "interim" belt? Cuz that sux for Rodgers that he was getting a shot at the belt and then all of a sudden OverROID gets hurt.
War Arlovski winning by KO in the 2nd. Rodgers doesn't have the discipline nor the stamina to compete with AA.

The word was that Arlovski was only going to seriously consider boxing if he could beat Fedor.
After he lost, Freddie Roach said Arlovski still wants to box, but won't just stop MMA either. Really, I think all the talk of a boxing career was more out of the mouth of Roach; I never heard of Arlovski talking about laying down MMA and going into boxing for good, so I don't quite see where anyone got that impression.
