Nick Diaz vs. Joe Riggs Listed As “Possible” For August 15th

According to Strikeforce executive Mike Afromowitz, the recently discussed Nick Diaz vs. Joe Riggs bout is "possible" for August 15th, but not set in stone. Some sources have stated that the fight is a done deal, and while a welterweight clash is possible for the event, the company is not confirming the fight as of today. Riggs and Diaz have an interesting history, which includes Riggs defeating Diaz in the UFC, followed by a post-fight emergency room brawl, reportedly broken up by police officers.MMAJunkie.com
