The UFC President says nobody asked for "Floyd vs. what's-his-name"
Here is UFC President Dana White with some harsh words about boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather has been one of his sport's most vocal opponents towards MMA.
Next weekend UFC 103 will run on PPV directly opposite Mayweather's bout with Juan Manuel Marquez.

I love Floyd Mayweather, the only thing i agree with is the Manny bit, they are screwing manny by having him fight Cotto. Even if Floyd wins, Manny has to beat cotto. I like UFC because of the wrestling, BJJ, Judo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Machida Karate (LOL it has a different name i know)but i do appreciate a good boxing slugfest.

Dana, why are you accusing Floyd of running yet when Lyoto fights you call him defensively brilliant. The fact is both guys are tremendous defensive fighters who do a hell of a lot more than run. Floyd called out MMA way back when once, then apologized for it. Why do you keep attacking Floyd and say he's the one who feels threatened? The whole MMA vs. Boxing/Boxing vs. MMA thing is silly to begin with.

I never could get into boxing for that fact and I will call out fighters like Machida and what Silva has become slow paced counter punchers...I am with Dana I watch for the multiple fights with multiple angles not someone to dance and lean on the ropes with one sided skills. Also Patrick with the PPVs being on the same day as of late Mayweather has been trying to call out MMA and saying its not a sport which in it self makes me laugh because of the amount of talent it takes and adds boxing into it.

ok first its the ufc so that is how i know you know nothing of which you are talking. Secondly its easily which is how i know you are an illiterate fool. In a STRAIGHT UP BOXING MATCH Mayweather may win. ha ha get it? Anyway...In a MMA fight he wouldn't beat 99% of the people in ufc. Boxing will never give the people the fights they wanna see anymore mostly because of the promoters ahem...m1...which is why i quit watching. That and the numerous Hollyfield fights don king handed him. Don't think me a hater though I understand that bobbing and weaving and leaning on the ropes is a part of fighting whether it be boxing or MMA. And yes Dana is a asshole and yes money would knock him out but then again he would also knock out obama ja rule and the pope. You know what they all have in common they aren't fighters.

I don't like Mayweather, but Dana doesn't know shit about boxing. Yes, he supposedly used to box, but with the comments he makes on the sport, he obviously is totally ignorant on the subject. He just comes off as a jealous little turd, jealous of the history boxing has, because he knows mma will never have that.

Dana White does pro-wrestling better than pro-wrestling. White is a former boxer that couldn't cut it, like all boxers currently in the sport of MMA.Upon first viewing MMA he said those fighters couldn't compete with boxers. It took time for him view MMArtist as equals to boxing.
It's amazing that he says boxing never puts on bouts that the fans want.. days after Rampage pulls out of his fight with Evans or that Silva vs GSP or vs Machida will never happen. By the time we got Liddell vs Wanderlei both men were coming off back to back losses and were shells of their former selves.
Nobody knows who Juan Marquez is? Dana wanted to headline a show with Bisping vs Dennis Kang
