Plus a new co-main event "to be announced this week"
Earlier today it was announced that Brock Lesnar has withdrawn from his UFC Heavyweight Championship fight with Shane Carwin at UFC 106. Now, just a few hours later, the company has already updated their website with the news that the rematch between Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin will now serve as the main event. The fight had originally been scheduled as the co-main event, with Mark Coleman serving as Ortiz's original opponent.
The site also indicates that the card will feature a new co-main event "to be announced this week." This is most likely going to be the light heavyweight showdown between Luiz Cane and UFC newcomer Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. The fight has been rumored for a while, although the UFC has not as of yet officially announced it.

I'd love to see Machida/Rua II, but I don't think the athletic commission would let them fight again less than a month after their first match...nor would I think their camps would let them do that.
Lil' Nog will be just fine.
