Jon Fitch To Face Mike Pierce At UFC 107

Fitch gets another new opponent…



According to MMAJunkie.com, Jon Fitch (19-3 MMA, 10-1 UFC) and Mike Pierce (10-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) have verbally agreed to meet at UFC 107. The bout should be finalized soon. Fitch was originally expected to face Ricardo Almeida (11-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) at UFC 106 in November, but Almeida pulled out due to an injury. Fitch was then moved to UFC 107 to face Thiago Alves, who then had to pull out of that fight, due to injury. Here is the updated UFC 107 card, which takes place on December 12th from Memphis, Tennessee:
