Nine bouts in total are official…
According to MMAJunkie.com, the UFC has confirmed nine more bouts for UFC Fight Night 20. The event takes place on January 11th at the Patriot Center at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. Here is the card for the show:
MAIN CARD
- Nate Diaz vs. Gray Maynard
- Evan Dunham vs. Efrain Escudero
- Tom Lawlor vs. Aaron Simpson
- Mike Guymon vs. Rory MacDonald*
PRELIMINARY CARD
- Chris Leben vs. Jay Silva
- Jesse Lennox vs. Rick Story
- Nik Lentz vs. Jeremy Stephens
- Kyle Bradley vs. Rafael dos Anjos
- Tim Credeur vs. Mike Massenzio
- Nick Catone vs. Steve Steinbeiss
Why would UFC not put Chris Leban on the main card... ? He is a name you can put on tv to make people want to watch because they know who he is.... Fail

That's a pretty shitty card.

Leben not on the main card is a promotional fail.

you know, seems like every time you guys come out and complain about how a card looks, it ends up performing extremely well and being a great show
and yet no one learns this lesson

No offense, but that card looks like garbage.

anyone else notice that nate diaz has headlined more fight nights than he`s been in ppv? he`s probably the only TUF winner to have been in less ppvs than the others. the only other one is amir but thats cuz of injuries.

What exactly is Mike Guymon vs. Rory MacDonald doing not opening this show?

guys its not like this is the final card and nothing will change, fights move up and down the card all the time, normally shows with no title matches have 5 main card fights so there's room for one more not to mention they throw fights on if there's extra time, chill out the show isnt for another month and a half

...keep complaining.
People, it's a Fight Night. Not a PPV - or even a low grade UFC # that they give us free on Spike. This is what Fight Nights are usually all about- decent undercard type fights.
I'm surprised about Leben as well, but he's lost his last 2 and 5 of his last 8.... and Silva is coming off a loss as well. If it's short and exciting enough, they'll probably find a way for us to see it anyway.
