Dana White Confirms Rampage Jackson Back To The UFC
Posted by Larry Csonka on 12.10.2009

During today's pre-UFC 107 press conference, Dana White confirmed that Rampage Jackson was back with the UFC. White also confirmed that if Rashad Evans defeats Thiago Silva, he will put on the Rashad Evans vs. Rampage Jackson bout. He did not target a date for the possible bout, or say who Jackson would fight if Thiago Silva won the UFC 108 bout with Evans.

I knew Rampage was only acting like a b*tch & leaving Ufc cause he wanted to be a part of The A-Team and so he could be closer to 1 of his fellow actors in the movie Vince Vaughn

Rashad should NOT have to fight Thiago Silva to get to Rampage. He ought to be able to whip Rampage's ass right away. That was the deal at the end of TUF 10, and Rampage ought to have to stick with that or get no fights until he does. Rampage fears Rashad.

Rampage wanted to be part of the A-Team because of the $$$ in UFC he made a couple hundred thousand every few months, probably cleared a 1m$ in a good year. but im assuming he got paid at least 1 or 2 million to be part of the movie (not counting dvd sales), and he didnt even have to get punched in the face to get it.

Not surprised. Page will probably finish out his contract then go to Strikeforce, after he puts Rashad on ice

Rashads gonna lose on purpose just to duck rampage

I'm a Rampage fan, but I honestly think he was a little bit worried about losing in Memphis, in front of his hometown crowd. I think the movie was a convenient scapegoat, and played a large role, but I think Rampage is a little worried he might've lost a step. I mean, who fights Keith Jardine to a decision anyway?

"I mean, who fights Keith Jardine to a decision anyway?"

Not Chuck Liddell or Forrest Griffin, that's for sure.

Chuck went to a decision and Forrest didn't. So, uh.... yeah.

Forrest got murdered by Jardine and Liddell got humbled.

A shame the techno viking is scared by Chute Boxe artists

Thiago Silva has only one loss and it came at the end of the almighty (and STILL UNDEFEATED) current UFC LHW Bruce Lee V2.0, nothing to get ashamed about really....

Same for Rashad (but he lasted one more round).

I do think Sugar will win via UD and Rampage will come straight at the ending of it for a super massive staredown screaming buyrates with Dana having a lot of dollars shown in his eyes

@ Obvious Guy - Vince Vaughn isn't in the A-Team movie.

Don't do it Dana, those one fight left fights never work out for you.
