Strikeforce: Evolution Salaries Released

- The California State Athletic Commission released the following disclosed payroll for the December 19th Strikeforce: Evolution event, which totaled $481,200:

* Scott Smith: $55,000 (no win bonus)
def. Cung Le via: $150,000

* Gilbert Melendez: $55,000 (no win bonus)
def. Josh Thomson: $30,000

* Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza: $65,000 (includes $10,000 win bonus)
def. Matt Linland: $50,000

* Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal: $20,000 ($10,000 win bonus) {(King Mo was fined 10 percent of his purse for an issue with his sponsor, which was splashing the cage with Rockstar Energy Drink after his win)}
def. Mike Whitehead: $30,000

* Antwain Britt: $10,000 ($5,000 win bonus)
def. Scott Lighty: $5,000

* Justin Wilcox: $5,000 (no win bonus)
def. Daisuke Nakamura: $200

* Alex Crispim: $4,000 ($2,000 win bonus)
def. A.J. Fonseca: $2,000

- Disclaimer: The disclosed payroll does not include deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes. Also, they do not include money paid to fighters by sponsors or locker room bonuses.

From everything I've seen "King" Mo is quite a deal at only $10,000 to show. $150,000 for Cung Le though? I dunno about that.

Pretty decent, but shitty how Cung Le gets 150k in losing, and all the combined winners only get 214k total.

I understand the whole sponsors make-up a crap ton of the money they make but still, the fact is he lost yet is making nearly 3x the money the person who beat him did?

Daisuke Nakamura was paid $200 by strikeforce but he is under contract with Dream so I am sure they paid him to fight aswell.
