MMAjunkie confirmed with UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner that the UFC has suspended heavyweight fighter Dave Herman due to his failed drug test from UFC 153.
Herman failed a drug test for marijuana. He will be suspended for a period of six months, and in addition Herman has agreed to participate in a drug-rehabilitation program.
Herman must have a clean drug test in order to fight again once his suspension ends and he completes his drug rehab.
