MMAjunkie spoke with UFC featherweight fighter Nam Phan (18-10, MMA; 2-3, UFC) who faces Dennis Siver on Saturday at UFC on Fox 5 and the process of making his weight cut to 146 lbs. for this week. Phan will be happy once the weigh-ins are done and he can have a nice, full meal again.
His thoughts on seeing people eat sushi off a naked woman on Face: "I was more interested in what kind of sushi was being eaten."
His joke about replacing the injured Eddie Yagin who had to withdraw from the planned fight with Dennis Siver due to injury: "Once one Asian brother goes down, another one takes his spot."
