Chris Camozzi vs Nick Ring Added To UFC 158
Posted by Joseph Lee on 01.05.2013

MMA Junkie reports that middleweights Chris Camozzi (18-5 MMA, 5-2 UFC) and Nick Ring (13-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) will fight at UFC 158. The event takes place on March 16 at the Bell Center in Montreal. The main card will be on PPV after preliminary fights on FX and Facebook. It's unknown where the Camozzi vs Ring fight will end up.

Camozzi is on a three-fight win streak in the UFC after wins over Dustin Jacoby (submission), Nick Catone (TKO) and Luiz Cane (decision). He's 4-1 in his past five fights and 8-2 since mid-2009. Ring's most recent fight was a loss by decision to Tim Boetsch, his first career loss. Before that he won by decision over Court McGee at UFC 149. He was set to fight Costa Philippou at UFC 154 in November but was pulled due to illness.

The latest UFC 154 card includes:

Georges St-Pierre vs. Nick Diaz - for welterweight title
Jake Ellenberger vs. Johny Hendricks
Carlos Condit vs. Rory MacDonald
Chris Camozzi vs. Nick Ring
Jordan Mein vs. Dan Miller
Daron Cruickshank vs. John Makdessi
Patrick Cote vs. Bobby Voelker
