Alexander Sarnavskiy has been forced to withdraw from the Bellator Season Eight lightweight tournament. Sarnavskiy made it to the semifinals and was set to face David Rickles at Bellator 91 this month but had to withdraw, meaning that Jason Fischer, who lost to Rickles in November, will step in for a rematch.
Bellator 91 takes place on February 28th in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The main card will on Spike TV following prelims on Spike.com.
