- Dan Henderson and Lyoto Machida recently spoke about the use of TRT in MMA. Here are the highlights…
Henderson on Proper TRT Usage: "I continue to make sure I stay within the normal range. I would really love for the UFC and all of MMA to implement random drug testing for all athletes. I think that would cut down on people who get on this and they know they're not going to be tested for a while, so they might be abusing it."
Machida on Henderson's TRT Usage: "Of course it's going to help him out. He's over 40. He's going to benefit from it. He wouldn't do it if he didn't benefit from it."
