Evan Dunham vs Rafael Dos Anjos Added To UFC on FX 8
Posted by Joseph Lee on 02.26.2013

MMA Junkie reports that a fight between lightweights Evan Dunham (14-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) and Rafael dos Anjos (18-6 MMA, 7-4 UFC) has been added to the card of UFC on FX 8. The event will take place on May 18 at the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The main card airs on FX following prelims on FUEL TV and Facebook.

Dunham recently lashed out at an Internet writer who said he had no business fighting dos Anjos. He said: "I wanted to remind him that two of his losses are two guys I beat. I would love to go fight that kid and put the hurt him just so I could rub it in that other dude's face."

Dunham recently came back from a loss by decision to T.J. Grant at UFC 152 with a split decision win against Gleison Tibau at UFC 156. The lightweights he mentioned beating are Tyson Griffin (by decision) and Tibau.

Dos Anjos is on a three-fight win streak including a win by decision over Mark Bocek at UFC 154 last November.
