According to mmajunkie.com, the UFC is keeping with its latest trend by having international octagon girls at their international events. Korean TV personality and model Su Jung Lee joins Japan's Azusa Nishigaki as octagon girls at UFC On FUEL TV 8. Nishigaki debuted at this past year's UFC 144 event and now returns for her second appearance at a UFC event. Lee spoke about the job, noting the following…
"It's really nerve-wracking but also exciting to be chosen as a UFC ring girl. I want to show all the fans the charms of a Korean ring girl."
Lee becomes the fourth new octagon girl to debut in 2013. Earlier this month, Carly Baker became the promotion's first European octagon girl when she worked at UFC on FUEL TV 7 in London. In January, Sao Paulo natives Camila Oliveira and Aline Franzoi were named the UFC's first Brazilian octagon girls.
