Ricco Rodriguez gets in trouble...
Former UFC champion Ricco Rodriguez has been busted on suspicion for a DUI. TMZ reports that Rodriguez, who was part of the first season of Celebrity Rehab, was pulled over in Los Angeles Sunday morning at 1:25 AM. He was booked for misdemeanor DUI and released on $5,000 bail.
Rodriguez's rep said, "When Ricco was arrested the police officer said he blew a .1. When they had him take another breathalyzer at the station only a few minutes later he blew a .08. We are wondering how a breathalyzer dropped .02 points after a very short time."
The rep says they will fight the charges. Law enforcement sources note that Rodriguez voluntarily took the test and that it isn't uncommon to get slightly varying results.
