Mark Hunt Turned Down Fight with Junior dos Santos at UFC 160 Says Dana White

Earlier today, UFC President Dana White said on his Twitter account that UFC heavyweight fighter Mark Hunt was offered the fight with Junior dos Santos at UFC 160 after Alistair Overeem was forced to withdraw from the fight due to injury. However, according to White, Hunt turned the fight down last night.
As of now, the fight with Overeem and dos Santos will likely be re-scheduled for the summer. Hunt said to MMAFighting that he would take the fight with dos Santos if he was offered it earlier this week. He has since declined to comment when asked about turning the fight offer down.
