Nick Diaz Not Arrested Over the Weekend

Despite insinuations to the contrary, Nick Diaz was not arrested this weekend. Diaz posted a picture online of himself in front a cop car with the caption "F**k they got us," which led people to believe that he was arrested after claiming he'd never paid taxes in his life. However, TMZ reports that he was not arrested.
The site spoke with Sgt. David Moranz from the Citrus Heights Police Department, who said that Diaz was the passenger in a car that was pulled over for going the wrong way down a one-way street. Moranz said that the driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant and that another passenger was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis, but noted that Diaz "was never arrested and was released without incidents from the scene."
Diaz has now removed the picture from his Twitter account.
