UPDATED: Dustin Ortiz vs. Justin Scoggins Set For UFC Fight Night 27

Not so fast...
UPDATE: MMA Junkie has corrected an earlier report as now Ortiz vs Scoggins will no longer be a part of UFC Fight Night 27. This comes after UFC officials had announced the fight for next week's event.
The fight was listed at UFC.com but has no been removed. UFC officials have not commented on the status of the two, but sources claim that they will debut in the near future.
Original: MMA Junkie reports that flyweights Dustin Ortiz (11-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Justin Scoggins (5-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will fight at UFC Fight Night 27 as part of the preliminary card. The main event features a welterweight rematch between Carlos Condit and Martin Kampmann. The event takes place on August 28 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The main card airs on Fox Sports 1 after preliminary fights on FOX Sports 2 and Facebook.
Ortiz has been a pro since 2010, fighting for Strikeforce, Resurrection Fighting Alliance, King of the Cage and Tachi Palace Fights. He is on a three-fight win streak, with eight of his eleven career wins by stoppage. His two losses were by decision, one of which was to Ian McCall.
Scoggins is undefeated and had his first professional fight eighteen months ago. He was fighting on the South Carolina regional scene and got four stoppages in five wins. His most recent win was a fifth-round TKO.
UFC plans to move one of the preliminary card fights to the main card, but here's the card for now:
