Manuwa looking for a finish…
- Jimi Manuwa recently spoke about his UFC Fight Night Night 30 bout with Ryan Jimmo. Here are the highlights…
On Being Ready For Anything: "He could try to take me down," Manuwa said. "He can try and punch me. I've got everything. We can play jiu-jitsu. We can play wrestling. We can play boxing. We can play kickboxing. We can do whatever he wants. I'll be imposing my will on the day, as usual. I might decide to take him down if I feel like it. I love MMA, so I mix up my wrestling with my striking. I mix up my wrestling with my jiu-jitsu. That's the great thing about MMA. I do a lot of MMA, even judo, and it's great to be able to mix everything together."
On His Camp: "I had a great camp," Manuwa said. "I'm feeling good, I'm feeling confident, and I've got his number. Knockout, round one or two."
On Finishing The Fights: "I'm an exciting fighter, and I'll put on an exciting fight, as usual. If I start getting bored with his hugging, then I might just decide to switch his lights off."
