No problems this time...
MMA Junkie reports that all fighters who had testing at UFC Fight Night 30 in October passed. UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner announced the results today. The event took place on October 26 at the Phones 4u Arena in Manchester, England. The main card, including Lyoto Machida's middleweight debut win over Mark Munoz (via head kick KO) in the main event, aired on FOX Sports 2. The show also featured lightweights Ross Pearson and Melvin Guillard fighting to no contest after Pearson took an illegal knee and wasn't able to continue.
Ratner did not reveal which fighters were tested, but the UFC usually tests about half of its fighters when acting as its own regulatory body and hiring third-party testers. The fighters tested negative for steroids, performance-enhancing drugs and drugs of abuse like cocaine and marijuana.
