He has his priorities in order...
In an interview with USA Today (via MMA Junkie), Hector Lombard (33-4-1 MMA, 2-2 UFC) said that he's more focused on getting a fight with Michael Bisping than a welterweight title shot. He will fight Jake Shields (29-6-1 MMA, 4-2 UFC) at UFC 171 on Saturday.
On changing weight classes: "I hope I can go to 185 and maybe get a couple fights there. I would love to (move between welterweight and middleweight), but it's up to the UFC."
On wanting Robbie Lawler to win the belt: "From the bottom of my heart, I hope Robbie wins the belt and keeps it for a long time. If he wins the belt, I don't want to fight him. It's good for him. I just want to go on in my fight career and win this fight. He can have the belt, man. I don't really care."
On fighting Michael Bisping: "I really want to fight Bisping. He's a loudmouth, but there's nothing personal."
