TUF Nations Finale’s Chris Indich Explains How Losses Improve Him as a Fighter
Posted by Larry Csonka on 04.16.2014

- Chris Indich (6-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) faces fellow cast member Richard Walsh (7-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) at the TUF Nations Finale tonight. Here is what he had to say…

On Losses Improving Him as a Fighter: "They say losses improve you more – they give you points to see where you've gone wrong and you can work on those. "I thought I had poor head movement and got tagged a lot (against Laprise). So when I got home, I worked my head movement – hit and not get hit. That loss, it could have halted me from getting here today. That loss still hurt. I'm a really competitive guy."

On Getting The Call For The Show: "I was super pumped and really happy and I was like, ‘Let's get ready. Let's do this,'" he said. "I wasn't surprised. I knew it would happen (that I'd fight a teammate). I knew all Canadians were in the finals, so I assumed they'd make me fight an Aussie."
