Alexander Shlemenko Says Size Isn't a Factor in His Fight With Tito Ortiz

He's experienced against heavier fighters...
Alexander Shlemenko spoke with MMAjunkie about his fight with Tito Ortiz at Bellator 120. Check out the highlights:
On fighting a heavier opponent in Ortiz: "If the fight (with Ortiz) was a five-round fight, it wouldn't worry me at all. For many years, I had sparring partners who were much bigger than me and much taller than me, and I noticed that I do really well against them. I even competed against heavyweights in amateur events, and I also did really well. So I thought why not try myself as a professional? I can't say I really worry about the size difference."
On taking the non-title fight: "It was very simple – I just wanted to fight as often as possible, and it seems as champion, I'm not able to defend my belt very often, because I have to wait for the challengers. It's a good opportunity for me to have another fight, especially against a legend."
On Ortiz' strategy: "I'm 90 percent sure he will try to take me down and just hold me down."
