Dana White Addresses Tito Ortizís Post-Fight Comments at Bellator 120
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 05.22.2014

Speaking to reporters in a UFC 173 pre-fight media scrum, UFC President Dana White addressed the post-Bellator 120 comments by UFC Hall of Famer and former light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz. Ortiz was victorious in his fight at the PPV last Saturday, submitting reigning Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko by submission in the first round.

White on Ortiz's comments on being remember by fans despite being erased from the UFC's record books: "Who gives a sĖt what Tito wants? Does anybody really give a sĖt what Tito wants? Good for Tito. Let him stay over in Viacom MMA and make some money and try and stay relevant. I don't care what Tito wants."

White on Ortiz's place in the Hall of Fame: "It's just sort of a way to honor the guys who have been here, and the way that we've done it, the guys who have been here since we've owned [the UFC], other than (Mark) Coleman and Royce (Gracie). Everybody's honored, and Tito was all pumped up the day he went in. He showed up with his white suit and his white shirt and his white tie."
