John Moraga vs Justin Scoggins Added To UFC Fight Night 50

MMA Junkie reports that a flyweight fight between John Moraga (14-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) and Justin Scoggins (9-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) has been added to UFC Fight Night 50. The show happens on September 5 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut. The main card airs on FOX Sports 1 with preliminary fights on UFC Fight Pass. Morga vs Scoggins will be the first fight on the main card.

Moraga has defeated names like Dustin Ortiz, Chris Cariaso and Ulysses Gomez. He lost to UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson in July 2013 and to John Dodson in June. Meanwhile, Scoggins's most recent fight was a split decision loss to Ortiz at The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale in July. Before that, he beat Will Campuzano and Richie Vaculik. Here's the current card:
