Magomedrasul Khasbulaev's Manager Says Bellator Won't Release Him
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 08.11.2014

Magomedrasul Khasbulaev's manager Rizvan Magomedov spoke with MMAjunkie about the fighter's visa problems, his desire for a release from Bellator and more. Check out the highlghts:

On Khasbulaev wanting Bellator to release him: "They won't release him. I don't know why want to keep him. I tried to reach the new president, Scott Coker. I sent him several text messages but never got a response. I don't know why they want to keep him."

On his VISA problems: "Bellator tried one or two times to apply for another visa, but after that they haven't responded to us at all. So a while ago we asked Bellator to release him because we don't see any logical sense why they're keeping him. We know that he cannot come to the U.S. We just want to continue his career. The guy is young, and he wants to fight."

On Bellator's refusal to let him go: "It's like slavery. It's a one-way ticket. You go to Bellator, and there's no way back. We just want to let him earn some money and continue his career. That's all."
