Dana White Comments on Judging Situation at UFC Fight Night 48 – Admits He Was Wrong
Posted by Larry Csonka on 08.26.2014

- Earlier today the UFC released a statement, announcing that it didn't follow its own protocol when UFC President Dana White relieved judge Howard Hughes of his duties after two fights at UFC Fight Night 48. At today's media scrum, White commented on the situation, stating the following…

"It's no secret how fired up I get when there's bad judging, but I have to apologize to judge Hughes. I did get some misinformation. He didn't score the second fight 30-27 for the fighter from China. And yeah, I got a little crazy, and I overstepped my bounds. It's not the first time, and hopefully that's the last time I'll ever do that. I was wrong."
