Ramsey Nijem Says UFC Needs A Zero Tolerance Policy For TRT

That's what he thinks...
In an interview with SHOOTMedia (via MMA Junkie), Ramsey Nijem (9-4 MMA, 5-3 UFC) said that UFC needs to have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He will fight lightweight Carlos Diego Ferreira (10-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) tonight at UFC 177 on PPV from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, California.
He said: "It's cheating. At the end of the day, it's cheating. It pisses me off. Everybody goes, ‘What if they have low T?' What if you have a low IQ? You can't be a rocket scientist. You can't do various things. If you're not above 6-5, you can't play basketball. That's just the way it goes. They really need a (zero-tolerance) policy on it. If you get caught once with TRT, you should get a ban from the UFC for life. If you can't handle the competition any more, retire and figure something else out to do."
