PRIDE fighters reportedly suing DSE

PRIDE stars unhappy with their current situation...
MMAweekly is reporting that multiple PRIDE fighters currently under contract with Dream Stage Entertainment are filing a class action lawsuit against DSE. DSE apparently wanted PRIDE fighters to change their contracts to the new PRIDE FC Worldwide company created in the aftermath of the Fertitta's announcement to purchase PRIDE.
In response to the fighters unwillingness to sign on to the new company, DSE threatened to keep them under contract officially, which could potentially take over a year to finalize. The class action lawsuit has been filed with the intent to release the fighters from their current contracts, allowing them to fight for whatever organization they want... or to be compensated for lost earnings which include training wages for bouts and events that have been cancelled.
