Rashad Evans to replace Shogun

And Chuck Liddell has a new opponent...

With Mauricio "Shogun" Rua injuring his knee and going into surgery, Rashad Evans is scheduled to step in as Chuck Liddell's new opponent for the UFC's June 7 event in London, England.

Evans is currently 11-0-1 and coming off a split decision win over Michael Bisping last November.

Good call UFC. Black Tito is a great match-up for Chuck and brings name recognition. Of course there's the possibility of 15 minutes of head-bobbing, but I don't think Chuck'll let that happen. Unsolicited early prediction: Liddell via 2nd round TKO

A very bad Stylistic Matchup for Sugar. I've always been a fan of his and I really do see him becoming an elite fighter, he's just gotta make that turn, I think a loss to Liddell will either make or break him but he needs someone to set a fire under him, he's gotta stop coasting. Look for Rashad to be a completely different fighter in 2009/

Damn this could be very good or very ugly.

Good - Liddell drops him in 1 or 2.
Ugly - Rashad does stuff all and gets a decision.
