EliteXC Makes Plans To Introduce A Heavyweight Title

Can Kimbo Slice become a champion?
EliteXC's Gary Shaw announced via a conference call that EliteXC has intentions of introducing a Heavyweight title in 2008:
"Right now, we're close to doing a heavyweight title. We'll probably do the heavyweight title in 2008. Kimbo's there, James Thompson's there, and obviously (Antonio) Junior Silva is right there at the top."
Kimbo Slice will be facing James Thompson on EliteXC's "Primetime" special on CBS on May 31st.
When Kimbo and Megapunk are 2/3 of your Heavyweight options, I reckon you might want to hold off on that belt.

highone aye, they need some real heavyweights be4 they bring out one 4 the nobodys they have (and yes kimbo is a nobody. He needs 2 fight someone with some cred be4 anyone accepts him as the real deal).
