Tim Sylvia Comments On Loss To Fedor Emelianenko

Sylvia says Fedor is not human.......
During the post-fight press conference for last night's Affliciton "Banned" PPV, Tim Sylvia had the following to say about his 36 second KO loss to Fedor Emelianenko:
"I know that I'm one of the best in the world, I was amazed at how good Fedor is. He hurt me right away and submitted me. The guy's a stud. I don't even think he's human. That guy hits hard. I've never been hit that hard before."
"I was definitely expecting there to be more of a feeling-out process. My manager says that it's good that [Emelianenko] did that because that means he gives me a lot of respect. He didn't want to go in there and play around. I guess I can kind of take that as a compliment. This guy is unreal. He's incredible, and I don't know if anybody's going to beat him for a while."

Whatever makes you feel better about your 36 second ass beating Timmy.
I think Tim has been completely exposed as an average fighter at this point. I'm also starting to think that Tim has a little bit of a suspect chin. Fedor basically deployed the same game plan that Couture did against Tim. Crack his big uncoordinated ass upside the head, take him down, and finish him off. I will tip my hat to Fedor on that. He finished him decisively. I'm not a huge fan of Fedor but he is going to be a handful for Couture if they fight. I'm really liking his chances. The man isn't invincible though. He will be beat by someone.

He followed Randy's game plan? That has pretty much been Fedor's MO for the last few years, and he didn't really take him down. Big Tim got layed out like a sunday dinner than tried to pretend he was a turtle.

The only good thing to come out of it TIm was that you only got your ass kicked ofr 30 seconds instead of 15 minutes. It wasnt respect, it was lack of respect for your punching power, moron.

Fedor stuck to his own gameplan and finished the fight when he wanted. Taking the fight to Sylvia and ending it in 36 seconds is a bit different than rolling 25 minutes and taking a decision...

I dunno about suspect chin optimus, because it was Fedor punching him afterall and he did survive quite a few blows. He'd have to be named Nogueira to have survived that any better lol

sylvia definately has a suspect chin... couture has rocked him, arlovski twice, and fedor. he definately doesnt have the rock hard jaw he had when he fought cabbage anymore.

Tim said all he had to say. Sylvia has kicked many asses, but fedor kicked his butt, faster than a rabbit gets f....So Randy you´re next and you can´t hide. He´ll probably beat you in the first round, but I expect you last a little bit more than 36 seconds.And after that we don´t know what can happen. who´s gonna be next? Arlovski probably, and he´ll probably last a little bit more. Probably second round. And after that, dana white´s probably next.

Whoever said that Kimbo Slice will beat Fedor is an idiot. Kimbo Slice is garbage and should have lost the fight on CBS last month. Fedor is the top heavyweight in the world and has been for a long time. Anyone that kept up with Pride over the years knows this.

The fact is: all these guys are awesome...I fight competitive BJJ and box and Iam in awe of these guys...maybe some these pussies giving Tim S a bad time (and I am NO FAN 0f Sylvia) should look in the mirror...and some guy said Kimbo will ear Fedor??!! hey hhhh, your a fucking retard.kimbo is a street fighting chump. fedor would crush him as fast as he did the big hoakie retard tim sylvia. kimbo was a good strete fighter, but you see what happened to him when he was put up against a mediocre fighter when he got knocked out by a short right jab.he knocked out andrei in the first round after being hurt by him.the best fights for him would be couture although hes getting old and running out of steam, or brock lesner.who else is there in that weight class that would be a true challenge......
