Thiago Tavares To Face Kurt Pellegrino At UFC 88

UFC confirms some undercard bouts for UFC 88......

The UFC has confirmed that Thiago Tavares will face Kurt Pellegrino in a preliminary bout at UFC 88 on September 6 at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Pellegrino last fought back in April when he lost via submission to Nate Diaz. Tavares last fought at UFC 85 in May and lost via KO to Matt Wiman in round 2.

The UFC also confirmed the Tim Boetsch vs. James Lee, Matt Brown vs. Dong Hyun Kim, & Roan Carneiro vs. Ryo Chonan preliminary bouts for the card.
