Posted by Bren Oliver on 07.29.2008

The California State Athletic Commission released the following information today:

"Justin Levens, who was scheduled to compete at the Roy Englebrecht Promotions event sponsored by Affliction on July 19, 2008, has tested positive for Oxymorphone. He has been fined $1,000 and is suspended retroactively from July 19, 2008 through January 15, 2009."

The nanogram cutoff for Oxymorphone is 120 ng/mL. Levens test level was finalized at nearly 10X that amount (10,141 ng/mL).

If those lvls are correct, then the man had over 84.5 times the limit. In all tense and purposes, this man clearly O.D.
