Nate Marquardt Could Face Martin Kampmann At UFC 88
Posted by Dustin James on 08.01.2008

MMAJunkie.com is reporting that UFC middleweights Nate Marquardt and Martin Kampmann could square off at UFC 88 in September at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Marquardt is coming off a split-decision loss to Thales Leites at UFC 85, a fight in which Marquardt got two controversial point deductions which seemingly cost him the fight. Kampmann is going for his fifth straight UFC win and is coming off a submission victory over Jorge Rivera.
