American Top Team Loses Its Head Trainer

André Benkei is leaving ATT.......

According to Tatame.com, American Top Team's head trainer André Benkei has announced that he will be leaving the team. Benkei is considered one of the top trainers in the world as far as physically preparing fighters in MMA. Benkei had the following to say about his departure from ATT:

"I left the team because of some idealogical disagreements with the ATT headcoach, Ricardo Libório. I had no trouble with the Dan Lambert or Conan Silveira"

"The main athletes of the team will continue working with me as a freelancer at Prime Time, but now I'm free to work with any athlete of different teams. I don't fight for a team now, but Thiago Alves, Antônio "Bigfoot" (Silva), Thiago Silva, Gesias Cavalcante and Marcus Aurélio confirmed that they'll continue with me. ATT will continue its life with a new guy and Liborio's way of working"
