Kim Couture Rips EliteXC's Jared Shaw For His Behavior During Gina Carano Weigh-In

Was Shaw trying to take a peek?
During a recent interview with ESPNRadio1100, Kim Couture spoke about the way that EliteXC has handled Gina Carano up to this point:
"I do believe that Gina is probably the biggest draw that they have in EliteXC. Her pay, I think it was $25,000, I think she deserves more.
She also made some serious allegations about Jared Shaw's behavior during Carano's weigh-in where she had to strip down in order to make weight:
"I feel bad that she had to do that. I think they could have handled it differently. ... She would have much rather had me up there then Jared Shaw -- Skala -- in the background trying to peek over the towel. I thought that was pretty low. Yeah, he's got a little bit of an obsession with Gina Carano, as most guys do. He was trying to sneak a peek. It was ridiculous."

You're right, they could have handled things differently... your husband and the rest of Xtreme Couture could have made her run on the treadmill a bit more so should she wouldn't have had to strip down.
It's not Shaw's fault Gina can't make weight... and honestly, I think it's better that Skala (and the rest of us) were trying to get a peak instead of her FATHER staring at her and dropping the towel from his MOUTH.

In those instances, why not just do it back stage or something with female event staff overseeing it.

Shaw has proven himself a scumbag and the chauvinistic idiocy here really just makes me dislike him all the more. "Hahaha, she didn't make weight, lemme see her tits!" Go to hell.
I really would love to see her naked, but taking advantage of her is sick and disgusting.
How about this. You get to see her tits next time she has to strip to make weight, but you HAVE to look straight down the barrel of every penis on every man who doesn't make weight. How's that sound?
Yeah, I'm sure anyone who thinks it's "okay" that Jared Shaw may have been trying to take advantage is far too homophobic (self-loathing) to deal with that.

I thought the owner's name was Gary Shaw. Whatever the case is, they'll get what's coming to them. They'll lose millions and millions of dollars for their corrupt business practices. They paid their top male star TWENTY times much as they paid Gina to fight on that same card. And then they only have one women's weight class and expect every woman fighter to make weight no matter their height or frame size. It would be like making a 190 pound class for men and expecting Kimbo and everyone else to make weight. There's no reason Gina Carrano should be fighting at 140. She's not fat; she's tall and has a good sized frame.

I think he tried just as hard getting peeks at Kimbo because he was in love with him before his loss. She gets way too much of a pass about making weight cause sheis hot and people feel bad for her, it is a pro sport and she was given weight passes before. Shut up and help her make her wight and all clothes stay on then.

Yes, Jared is a creep and a sleaze, but for many reasons worse then him trying to peak over a towel.... something every single guy in attendance was trying to do.
The 140 weight class was custom made for Gina, yet she has not once made it easily.
EliteXC has 2 women's weight classes... 140 and 148.
Randy's camp sucks... tell that to the LHW champ.

How about actually getting Gina to cut enough? She's been protected in this respect more than enough (she DIDN'T make weight for the fight with Kaitlin Young, remember?) Put her in the 148 weight class since they have one.
