Despite being a Brit MMA fan I got a feeling we are going to get really embarrassed this season. British MMA is way behind the US. WOuld have been better if it was US v the World. Fighters from Japan, Brazil, Russia, UK etc would make it more even i think!
I see Alex Reid is on there! The guy was an actor on a teen soap over here called Hollyoaks and despite not being a great fighter he never gives up! He fought Ninja Rua before and got a nasty shin injury! Hopefully he will get through and should have a few good fights with him involved.

Love how they make the crowded divisions even more crowded...
32 fighters, of which I'd guess 28 will eventually drop to Lightweight (as has been the case with so many of the TUF contestants before).
I also see no reason for US vs. UK... especially when it's rumored that the UFC wants to expand their viewer base throughout Europe, Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines. Good job ignoring all of those countries and focusing on the two you already have a strong viewer base in.
If it were me, I'd have done something more like-
* Team Hendo:
Lightweights - North America (decent focus on Canadians and Mexicans)
Welterweights - South America and Caribbean
* Team Bisping:
Lightweights - Asia and Philippines
Welterweights - Europe

Half of the American team would struggle to understand Bisping nevermind a whole bunch of people from around the world.
Its one thing finding a bunch of fighters from all around the world, another finding a bunch of fighters from around the world that could understand a scouser.
