The semi-finals start tonight and the coaches aren't happy with the match-ups. Plus Pierce continues to get under the skin of Team US.

Team US vs. Team UK
Episode 10
Previously: Pierce wasn't allowed to fight and Frank took his place. The war between Team US and UK heated up. Frank defeated Dave when Dave quit. The semi-finals are set tonight.
Opening Video
Dana, Henderson, and Bisping set up the semi-final fights. The coaches give who they want to fight and they ask who the fighters want to face. Cameron really wants to fight Dent. Dana wants to do team vs. team for the semi-finals. Bisping doesn't like it. Henderson doesn't like it either.
At the fight announcement, Henderson flips off Dana. Semi-final fights:
Nick Osipczak vs. Damarques Johnson
Andre Winner vs. Cameron Dollar
Ross Pearson vs. Jason Dent
Frank Lester vs. James Wilks
Semi-final fights are three rounds.
At the house, everyone has a BBQ to bond. Pierce says Team UK was a real team while Team US. Richie calls out Pierce on all the behind the back trash talking of Team US. Richie calls Pierce a pussy for not fighting. Pierce tells Richie to "jump weight" and fight him. Pierce gives David advice on how Team US fights. David relays this info to Nick.
Henderson is confident in his team that they'll win. Damarques thinks he's the best fighter in the house and Henderson seems to agree. Henderson confronts Pierce on sharing info with the Team UK guys. Pierce denies the allegations.
Nick's plan is to sprawl and brawl but his wrestling is average. Bisping wants Nick to use his reach and he works with Nick on his takedown defense. Nick gets taken down at will by his teammates.
Welterweight Semi-Final Fight: Damarques Johnson (Team US) vs. Nick Osipczak (Team UK)
Recap: Damarques won the first round controlling the stand up and getting a takedown where he had top position for a good portion of the round. Nick had Damarques rocked at the end of the round but couldn't put him away. Damarques dominated the second round getting the fight to the ground and controlling Nick the entire round. He had his back and was pounding on him but the round ended before the ref could stop it. Damarques won the third round as he dominated the stand up and once again controlled the ground game until the final minute when Nick swept him. Nick did nothing on top though.
Official Decision: Damarques Johnson by Unanimous Decision
Bisping and Damarques embrace after the fight. Damarques says he bit off part of his tongue in the fight. Nick says he's going to keep training and that he'll be a better fighter.
Next Week: 2 Lightweight fights.
Show Comments: Not much to the show this week. The fight was good with a great ending to the first round but the rest of the fight was just Damarques dominating. Damarques still seems to be the favorite but he really should have finished Nick.

Why is Pierce still in the house? The whiny little bitch now basically sits at practice for the sole reason of scouting his teammates for the other team. And he bitches about the USA not being a real team? Least likable dude ever in this show.
Damarques is growing on me.
Another UK guy with zero cardio. Is Bisping training any cardio?
Is Lambert from the UK? His reviews seem much more descriptive and upbeat when team UK wins the fight.

I thought Nick had better cardio than Damarques. In the second and third round they were both pretty gassed but Damarques had no right to be, he hardly took any damage besides the end of the first round and spent most of two laying on top of Nick.

What the hell, I thought they had to fight to get into the fucking house, if so then why the shit is Pierce in there the pussie doesn't wanna fight all's he's done so far is belittle Team US and act like he wants to fight when the truth is he's a scared little bitch... First, I think Pierce is a piece of shit because of his treatment of the other USA fighters: his supposed teammates.
Second, I don't think Pierce is ducking fights. A staph infection is SERIOUS SHIT, and if his leg took a really good shot that shit could start spreading all over his body. I think the producers and Dana made more out of it than it really was to make drama for the show. Now, Pierce will probably get a fight on the finale with Dent, which is where we'll get to see if he's just a traitor, or a traitorous whiney little bitch.

If it comes to him fighting Dent in the finale, then he'll probably come up with The Westnile Virus, or sum shit like that. Hey I don't blame him though, I would love to get all the free Tapout shirts,hats,hoodies, and shit as well. Hell just get in the ring take your beating like a man and live to say you tried atleast.

Okay, Bisping's not perfect or anyhtign, but at this point in training, he's only had these guys for about 4 weeks. So you can't blame their lack of cardio on him.
