-Brown says Urijah is tough but it was his night again. Brown puts over Faber.
-Faber is getting his hand iced. Faber says he hurt both his hands. Faber says he'll be back.
Urijah Faber was a stud! 4 rounds with a broken hand and still managed to drop some vicious elbows!
Good on Mike Brown for consistent takedowns and not getting wreckless. Overall, I thought this was a DAMN good showing for the WEC and hope Faber heals up so we can see Brown/Faber III!

Overall an amazing show. Faber displaying incredible toughness, the WICKED knee by Aldo, and honestly not one boring fight.
Aside from the wrong (in my opinion) decision in the Jorgensen vs. Banuelos fight, this was one of the best top to bottom MMA cards I've seen in quite a while.

As a long time Mike Brown fan it was great to see that fight, a true champion.

I was surprised Brown didn't finish Faber, especially with that broken hand, but I think that's a credit to Faber's toughness more than anything. Give Urijah a few more fights then let's see the rubber match, because I don't see anybody at 145 who can move him and Brown from the #1 and #2 spots.
And watching Pulver lose yet again was pretty depressing. Even the guy who beat him felt like shit about it.

I hate to break it to you, but rubber matches are when each fighter has a win over the other... and the rubber is who would win 2 out of 3. Brown already has beaten Faber twice... and has nothing left to prove against him.
It looks like it's going to be Aldo's turn.

faber's hand look like he was still wearing a glove. no faber/brown 3. brown has beaten faber twice in a dominant fashion. faber has to work his way back up to brown.

Aldo hasn't earned shit, Brown will put him on his back and he'll be stuck there for five rounds.
Wagnney came into a company as a champion and deserves a shot at the champion, at least when brown manimals him to the ground he'll be able to do something about it.

Urijah really deserves after Aldo gets his shot. He won round one and still stayed very competetive after breaking his right hand badly in round 1 and the left in round 2 i think. seriously what a stud

i told you all that grispi was the real fucking deal, and none of you believed me. our boy is gonna run through everyone the WEC puts in front of him until he gets that strap

"I hate to break it to you, but rubber matches are when each fighter has a win over the other... and the rubber is who would win 2 out of 3. Brown already has beaten Faber twice... and has nothing left to prove against him."
You've never fought with a broken hand, have you? Faber completely fractured his fourth and fifth metacarpals.
It's pretty hard to do much of anything when you can't really put pressure on your right hand. You saw what happened before he broke his hand: he won round one.
"brown has beaten Faber twice in a dominant fashion."
I wouldn't call the most recent fight dominant. Not even close. I wouldn't even call the first fight dominant. He couldn't do anything standing, and he couldn't hold faber down. Brown only scored on take downs and dominant positions which Urijah didn't seem to have any problem giving up because he always eventually escaped to his feet anyway.
