FADE IN: We pick up with the fighters moving into the house. Louis and several others remark about how there's nothing to do but eat. This of course makes life difficult when you are trying to make weight for a fight.

Back at the UFC training center, Michael Bisping and Mayhem Miller discuss with their respective teams which of the fighters would make the best picks.

Dana flips a coin and it favors Bisping, who opts to have the first choice of fighters. Miller is just fine with this as he'd rather have the first fight pick.

Bisping picks Louis Gaudinot first. Mayhem picks John D. first. They go back and forth making their choices. Bisping remarks that it all worked out quite well as he got his 1 – 4 picks and Miller ended up picking his 5 – 8. Overall everyone seems really pleased with their team. Miller states that he was more interested in picking guys that would meld with his personality. Bisping ends this scene by calling Miller a Strikeforce reject.

Miller's team starts off training first. Miller is excited and very positive to start off. He also says a number of times that he wants to smash Bisping.

And we're back! Bisping has his team in the gym now. They are working on the technical details of grappling. He is feeling good about the first workout.

Back at the house, Miller shows up and delivers compression suits. The fellas are grateful for the technological leg up they were given.

Miller makes the first fight pick. Bryan Caraway will fight Marcus Brimage. Bisping believes that Miller tried to pit one of his best fighters against one of Bisping's weaker fighters. That is exactly what Miller was attempting to do.

Back in the gym with Team Bisping. Brimage tells us that his inspiration for wanting to be an MMA fighter is Dragonball Z and Rampage Jackson. Brimage weighs himself to see where he is in terms of being ready for his fight. He's currently tipping the scales at 155lbs so Bisping and his coaches come to the house to help him cut enough weight for his fight.

We switch over to Caraway who tells us that he just wants to get through this first fight. As it turns out, Caraway has some issues with self-doubt. Miller describes him as a head case and Caraway states that just before he came on TUF he had seen a sports psychologist. He vows to not let fear overcome him.

And we have our first prank of the season. Miller and the boys roll a bunch of tires into Bisping's locker room. Miller jokes, "Hey Bisping, you're looking a little ‘tired.'" Tee hee.

We are at the first official weigh-in of the season. Marcus Brimage makes weight, HUZZAH! Bryan Caraway also makes weight. Akira starts off a "Darkness" chant. Mayhem thinks Team Bisping are simply adorable.

Meanwhile, Bisping destroys the door in order to get into their locker room. As one might expect, Bisping is not impressed with the "juvenile stunt."

Caraway is not happy that Team Bisping called him a bitch in song. He's out for revenge now. On the way to the fight, Brimage is cool a cucumber while Caraway is a nervous Nelly. Brimage vows to knock Caraway's lights out. Caraway however will take a win however he can get it. Last word on the subject is that Brimage believes he's the more athletic competitor and this is over before they even touch gloves because Caraway is scared of him.

Bryan Caraway VS Marcus Brimage

Round 1: Brimage comes out jabbing, keeping Caraway at bay until he is shot on. Caraway gets the easy takedown and presses him against the fence. Caraway works him over and takes Brimage's back. Caraway turns over onto his back and traps Brimage in a bodylock. Caraway is looking for a rear-naked choke while peppering Brimage with shots. With less than two minutes to go Caraway locks in the choke but he can't hold it. Brimage flips over, trying to escape. Caraway stays with him until the end of the round.

SCORECARD: Caraway 10-9

Round 2: Brimage comes out swinging for the fences. Caraway looks for the early takedown again but is stuffed. Caraway keeps at it and finally gets the takedown. He momentarily has Brimage's back but this time Brimage is able to escape. Brimage hammers on Caraway but Caraway looks to tackle Brimage. After a brief break where Caraway lays back killing the clock they are back on their feet. They clash again but Caraway gets the takedown and finally finishes this contest with the elusive rear-naked choke.

Winner: Bryan Caraway by submission (rear-naked choke).

Everyone is impressed with the fight. However, Brimage is very disappointed in his performance. Bisping tries to keep his teams collective head up to end this episode.

NEXT WEEK ON TUF: Team Bisping has a meltdown in the gym that spills over into the house. Miller picks the first Bantamweight fight.

Until the next episode, be well be safe and behave!

I've got to be honest, it takes guts for a professional MMA fighter to admit he's fighting because he watched DBZ, I hope he gets another shot if for no other reason than that.

I think the dynamic between Miller and Bisping is very interesting. They don't seem to respect each other at all - Bisping because he thinks Miller is a "Strikeforce reject" and Miller seems to think Bisping is a protected TUF alum without real training. Did you hear him yell, "Bisping is trying to give him instructions on ground fighting"?

Isn't Carraway the dude going out with Miesha Tate? She's pretty cute for a dude that insecure. I'm not a fighter and don't understand what it is like to step in the cage, but I would think confidence is a huge plus.

some guys fight better scared, read Mir's comments after beating Nogueira. he blatantly states that the fear of Big Nog motivated him more than anything else ever has (except brock lesnar)

Way to go Brian Caraway. Dates Miesha Tate and has won two fights so far on TUF.

Actually it shows that anime geeks are pussies that get schooled by a head case.
