FADE IN: We are in the house. Delorme is talking about his foot. Delorme is dealing with the fact that if he's not better by the time he has to fight then he'll have been in the house for five weeks for nothing. Clearly he's not pleased with this situation.

Team Miller is in the gym. They are visited by Rafael Cordiero. He's showing them angles and boxing techniques. Team Miller think he's the bees knees.

Team Bisping is in the gum. Their visitor is Tito Ortiz. Ortiz says Bisping is another "Bad Boy." Ortiz gives them a lesson in ground and pound. Brimage can't get over how big Ortiz's head is. Ortiz says Bisping is a great coach that they should learn from.

Back in the house, Team Bisping is kvetching about TJ wanting an easier road to the finale. Diego and Akira vow to make his life miserable.

Akira is still going on about TJ. The plan is to rough him up during training. Diego proceeds to do just that. Now it's Akira's turn. Akira pushes TJ around and gets a slam for his trouble. Now TJ is sparring with Brimage. TJ is taking it to Brimage so Brimage goes off. TJ throws a tantrum and is called out for it by the coaches. Eventually Bisping learns why this particular training session was a disaster. He makes the guys talk it out.

Roland is back and lucky for him he is cleared to fight. Roland does some light pad work. He's rusty from having been sick but he's willing to push himself to be ready for his fight. He is also on track to be on weight for his fight.

TJ works the heavy bag and tells us that he can tune out the drama on his team. Bisping thinks he's the most complete fighter on the show.

Meanwhile, Mayhem the Merry Prankster is at it again. He reminds us that the working loves them some Mayhem.

OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN: Roland Delorme vs. T.J. Dillashaw

Both fighters are on weight. Some members of Team Mayhem recognizes that Dillashaw is one of the most talented guys on the show.

Delorme talks about making very little money in the last year so this is his shot at a better life. Dillashaw says he isn't the kind of wrestler that just lays on you. He wants people to be scared of him.

Roland Delorme (6-2) VS T.J. Dillashaw (4-0)

Round 1: They trade kicks to start off. Dillashaw shoots and puts Delorme on his butt. Delorme pops back up but they end up on the ground again. Dillashaw ground and pounds from guard. Dillashaw gets side control. Delorme is eating elbows. Delorme escapes and stands up. Dillashaw lands a nasty uppercut. Dillashaw gets another takedown. Dillashaw smashes Delorme. Delorme stands back up but Dillashaw keeps his leg, forcing him back to the mat. Dillashaw is looking for the Darce choke. Delorm defends, stands and eats more punches. Delorme attempts a back trip but ends up on his back.

SCORECARD: Dillashaw 10-9

Round 2: Dillashaw opens up with a 1-2 right on the button. Delorme is dropped like cheap luggage. Dillashaw is all over Delorme. It's punches and elbows all day long from Dillashaw. Delorme is eating strikes until Dillashaw finally, mercifully ends this with a rear-naked choke.

Winner: TJ Dillashaw

The coaches and Dana White recap the fight.

Delorme is of course dejected. Mayhem congratulates TJ.

Dana meets with the coaches and each of the remaining fighters. Bedford offers to take out Dodson for being a snitch.

Dana now announces the next series of fights.
