So...apparently my antics in Fact or Fiction this past week touched a nerve. Apparently there's some strong feelings about both Henderson and Rua that I was unaware of. Color me sheepish. Let me say this one thing in my defense to those who thought I was being contrary for just to be so; everything I said in FoF came from a place of truth. I really don't have much of an interest in tomorrow's card and I really think Ben Henderson is a better fighter than Edgar. I could have been less "douchey" about it but I was also trying to be funny. Sometimes when you take a chance it pays off, and sometimes you bomb. It happens. But again, I wasn't just trying to say the opposite of conventional wisdom for the sole purpose of being controversial. I can get into this more on Sunday's show (hosted by Larry) if need be.
I really didn't come here to tell you any of that so without further ado, here we go with tonight's live coverage.

So strikeforce is where the people no one has heard of fight in now.

A real father would have his kids watch Shogun fight Hendo.

That is one of the nastiest armbars I've never seen. If a fighter gets stuck in an armbar, you really need to tap out.

the "challengers" series is for up and coming fighter man. They usually have really good fights though.
that Armbar was Nasty! BUT Budd took it like an absolute warrior. That chick didn't even flinch...shoulda tapped though. would love to see Tate versus Ronda.

Maybe GSP should take a lesson from Ronda Rousy on how to properly apply an Arm Bar.

These events are for the newcomers.
Even if the UFC merges Strikeforce I hope they keep these events or something like it for the new fights, the UFC could use them as a feeder like Strikeforce use to do
