It's kind of a quiet night for televised combat sports. There's no boxing on and the only live televised MMA is this M-1 show. Tomorrow there's boxing on HBO and HDNet has the BAMMA show at 4:00 PM EST. Of course there's also UFC 140 tomorrow night, which will be covered by somebody on this site. It won't be me though, I have a Thanksmas party that I'm being dragged to going to so I won't be home to cover it. I didn't come here to tell you that so without further dudes, let's make with the fussin' and a fightin'!

That actually wasn't bad. For "bad MMA" that was a lot of fun to watch. Enjoy Jon Butterfield's coverage of UFC 140 tomorrow night. Next week LFC 9 on HDNet will go uncovered as I have a judging gig in Port St. Lucie but I will be covering Showtime's double header of combat sports as Strikeforce returns after Carl Froch vs Andre Ward. Until then, be well, be safe and behave!
Shamil Zavurov is the russian matt hughes. He gassed early trying for takdowns and just laid there after every single one so going for a choke was inevitable and easy!
