The Ultimate Fighter 7: Team Rampage vs. Team Forrest
Episode 10
Previously: CB doesn't like Cale, Jesse beat Dante, Amir beat Matt, and there are two fights tonight.
Opening Video
We get highlights of Amir vs. Matt. The best part of the whole clip is the reactions from Dana White. Jeremy wanted Matt to win so his loss to him wouldn't look as bad. Jeremy wants to rematch Matt at the finale. Sorry buddy.
Matt tells the guys in the house about Jeremy wanting a rematch and everyone laughs. Jesse says Jeremy shouldn't be in the UFC and then calls Jeremy a bunch of names until Jeremy walks into the room. Jeremy tells Gerald that he's going to piss off Jesse so Jesse will hit him and get sent home. Awesome plan. Jeremy starts drinking and then goes over to annoy Jesse. Everything gets bleeped out except the word "bitch", which is said about 300 times. Jeremy brings up something about Jews and Jesse is offended since he's part Jewish. People have to hold Jesse back from hitting Jeremy. Matthew tries to tell Jeremy to go away. Gerald tells Jeremy that he was being an asshole and Jeremy agrees. They pound fists although Jesse still hates him.
Tim and Dan make weight. Forrest says that Tim wants to take the fight to the ground while Rampage says Dan wants to slug it out.
Quarterfinal Fight: Tim Credeur vs. Dan Cramer
Round 1: Both guys come out throwing punches. Dan throws a body kick and it's caught. Tim tries for a takedown but Dan blocks it and clinches with him against the fence. Tim tries for a takedown but Dan sweeps and ends up on top. Dan lets Tim up but punishes with punches on the way up. Tim gets to his feet but eats a bunch of punches. Dan gets the takedown and ends up in mount. Tim rolls him over to guard. They get up and Dan gets another takedown. Dan tries to get up to his feet but Tim catches him in a heel hook.
Winner – Tim Credeur by Submission
Rampage says that Dan was doing well so he let him do his thing. Tim wasn't impressed with his performance because he got beat up the whole fight and just caught a heel hook. That same performance earned Frank Mir a title shot. Rampage was proud of Dan.
At the house, CB hates Cale. Cale keeps looking at CB and CB doesn't like being looked at. CB makes fun of Cale for branding a ‘C' on his arm.
CB works on his stand up and wrestling during training. "Cale's strength and only strength and I wouldn't even call it a strength is his stand up", says CB. CB says he's going to take Cale down, pass his guard, and beat him up. "CB's strategy in this fight is to whoop his ass. We even wrote that down", says Rampage.
Tim sings "The Cale Yarbrough" song while running on the treadmill with Cale. Cale says that CB is overhyped and not that good. Forrest thinks that CB is a prick and that he shouldn't overlook Cale.
Rampage and Forrest take the fighters to RACE GO-KARTS~! This better be the coaches challenge. "It's even fun if you suck at it", says Forrest. Rampage gives play by play of his race with Forrest but it was never said if that was the coaches challenge. That segment had so much potential and it just fell flat.
Back at the house, everyone got drunk. Gerald dumps the arcade basketball goal off the balcony and that leads to the house being destroyed. They punch in walls, break down banisters, break windows, and toss tables. Everyone feels better now.
Quarterfinal Fight: Cale Yarbrough vs. CB Dollaway
Round 1: SpikeTV decided to cut away to commercial just when the fight started so when we return, we see CB mounting Cale. CB brings bringing down elbows before Cale gives up his back. CB gets to the side of Cale with his back and starts punching away. Cale doesn't give a thumbs up after a bunch of unanswered blows so the ref stops it.
Winner – Cale Yarbrough by TKO
Forrest knew the fight was over when Cale turtled up he could only hope that CB was hitting the back of the head. CB doesn't care who he fights in the semi-finals because he thinks he can beat any of them. Forrest says CB is really good but he doesn't like his cockiness. I'm with Forrest there. Forrest asks his team who wants to fight CB and Jesse says he'll fight him. "I don't give a fuck if you lay on him for 10 minutes, just do what you got to do", says Forrest.
They all get to the gym to set up the semi-finals and Rampage isn't there. They wait for Rampage for 45 minutes and he doesn't show so Dana and Forrest start without him. Forrest says he wants CB vs. Jesse and Tim vs. Amir. They call in CB and he says that he wants to fight Tim. Tim says he wants to fight Amir. Amir says that everyone is tough. Jesse says the plan is to fight CB but Dana says, "Who is the easiest way to the finals?" and Jesse says Amir. Dana asks who the two best are and Forrest says CB is the best and everyone else is equal. Rampage finally arrives. "What happens was last night I couldn't sleep because…….I was watching TV. I overslept." That excuse never works.
Semi-Final Fights:
*Jesse vs. Tim
*CB vs. Amir
Forrest is upset that he didn't get the match ups that he wanted.
Next Week: THE COACHES CHALLENGE IS A GAME OF HORSE~! Jesse fights Tim.
Show Comments: Pretty good episode this week. The fights were good and quick so that's always a positive. The house stuff was long over-due and they really went all out. The go-kart segment could have been so good and it was just too short to be anything special. Next week should be fun with the coaches challenge as that's always a fun segment. Thumbs in the middle leaning up for this episode as there was nothing bad but it was just missing something.
You have "Winner – Cale Yarbrough by TKO" written instead of CB.
Just thought I'd point it out.

Good episode, save for Spike's mistimed commercial break.
I have to agree with Jesse about Jeremy. He better not be in the UFC right now because the guy is an absolute jackass, which the UFC doesn't need right now.
