Cruiserweight Dream Fight is On
Posted by Joe Roche on 06.14.2009

Don King Promotions has officially announced that former cruiserweight champions Steve "USS" Cunningham and Wayne "Big Truck" Braithwaite will meet in the undercard of the July 11th bout between Vic Darchinyan and Joseph Agbeko. The fight will be an official title eliminator with the winner of the bout facing Tomasz "Goral" Adamek for the IBF cruiserweight championship that he won from Cunningham in December 2008.

Unfortunately for those who will not be in attendance in Sunrise, Florida on July 11th this fight, which has the potential to be the best cruiserweight boxing match of all time will not be part of the televised event, scheduled to be shown on Showtime.
