Nonito Donaire Vacates Title to Challenge Rafael Concepcion

Steven Luevano, Nonito Donaire, Rafael Concepcion and Bernabe Concepcion pose during the press conference to announce their upcoming world champonship doubleheader "Pinoy Power 2" , promoted by Top Rank and broadcast live on Pay-Per-View from the new Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

It was also revealed today by Top Rank that Nonito Donaire has vacated his IBF flyweight title to challenge Concepcion for his WBA junior bantamweight belt.

The event will go down on August 15 and will be available on Top Rank PPV.
