Kelly Pavlik Will be Back in Action Soon

Bob Arum recently spoke to Maxboxing.com, and says that he's looking for a fall opponent for middleweight champion, Kelly Pavlik. Says Arum, "We're working really hard on an opponent and we're going to announce it soon." Apparently the opponent will not be Felix Sturm as previously rumored, because according to Arum, "Sturm is not a pay-per-view fight and I can't get money from anybody to put it on."

Sergio Mora is still a possibility according to Arum, if HBO or Showtime will accept him as an opponent. If you recall, Pavlik was scheduled to face Mora last weekend but the champion had to cancel due to a staph infection injury.
